Srijana Adhikari serves as a Board Director cum Treasurer of DEPO, contributing strong legal and governance expertise to the organization’s strategic and institutional development. She is a lawyer, educator, and Managing Partner at S & S Jurists, with extensive experience in litigation, corporate advisory, and governance. She has represented clients before the District Courts, High Courts, Supreme Court of Nepal, and the Revenue Tribunal, handling complex civil, commercial, tax, and constitutional matters for leading national and international institutions.

At DEPO, she plays a key role in strengthening governance systems, ensuring financial oversight, and guiding legal and compliance frameworks. Her professional work, combined with her engagement in public interest litigation and legal education, reflects a deep commitment to accountability, institutional integrity, and the promotion of good governance, which directly supports DEPO’s mission.
