Disaster Education Promotion Office (DEPO)
DEPO was invited to conduct disaster risk reduction (DRR) preparedness activities at Creative Academy, Kirtipur, with the objective of enhancing students’ knowledge and practical skills related to emergency response.
The activities were conducted in two separate sessions. One session was organized for students of Grades 4 and 5, while the second session was held for students of Grades 6, 7, and 8. Each session was of one-hour duration.
During the sessions, students were introduced to basic first aid techniques. The training covered first aid for bleeding and fractures.
