Teacher's Training to Enhance Technical Competencies

 

DEPO Nepal facilitated a three-day Training of Trainers (ToT) for school teachers in Rawabesi Rural Municipality, Dolakha, with the participation of 32 teachers. The training was conducted in support of the “Three Star Model School” project implemented by EcoHimal, with DEPO providing technical facilitation.

The program focused on strengthening teachers’ capacity in disaster risk reduction through practical and activity-based learning. On the final day, a demonstration event was organized with around 50 students, where participating teachers showcased the knowledge and skills gained during the training, promoting peer learning and wider engagement at the school level.
